The room had a nice style and was equipped with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk for a comfortable stay. the beds were nice and the breakfast was satisfying. the location is fantastic, close to important areas such as the Kurhaus and the cinema.

We have booked triple room with the bathroom and a beatiful view plus card key access for 4 nights. The food was AMAZING with a good choice of options.

They gave me huge and new-fashioned room with bathtub, the bathroom, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near the " Cinema ", the bar/restaurant and the ski slopes. It also was away from event.

The rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully designed, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly, all set in a fantastic location near a cinema and bars.

Perfectly clean hotel, facilities are GREAT, and the location is excellent in the most important areas. The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is fashionable with a beatiful view on the mountains. The property is based in the middle of the town.

Nice that the hotel is in the center of the city. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright room that has a particularly good bathroom. Wish I would return there;))

A huge variety of products for a fantastic breakfast. Spotless and nicely styled room. Excellent and practical location with free parking and a short walk to the bus stop and ski slopes.

The cleanliness of the room, nice and bright, breakfast was excellent, the location, middle of town, and they had a very nice lounge.

We had canceled 1 out of our 3 nights and at arrival, all the nights were canceled, thankfully they had 2 rooms left. We did had to wait long for our 2nd room, because they had forgotten us to mention the room was ready. it was just a minor thing, we had only good experiences with Booked.net so far.

The room was renovated with a modern touch and had everything you need - a shower, hairdryer, and comfy bath sheets. Its location was super convenient, right next to the restaurant, slopes, and the city center! 🎉.

The room was a Deluxe, so the quality of furnishings and fittings was high. Good views from triple-aspect windows. The common-room provided hot and cold drinks, which were either free or on an honesty system, but it was not as easy place to sit and relax, due to the (for me) odd furniture chosen and the room layout.

No restaurant or meal facilities to speak of. Very individual style of decor and not really to my taste, but I appreciate that is very subjective.

It's situated in a great position in Lenzerheide (on the main road). Wonderful design of the building; best service possible with a good price compared to other hotels in the town.

The only thing that let us down is the lack of the safe (and of the mini-bar) inside the room. They are, however, in the hall and in the living room

The breakfast here offers a variety of fresh local goodies 🥐.

good breakfast with fresh fruit, free parking, one young lady from the reception (blond, shortish hair) was especially nice and helpful. We are repeated visitors coming to Lenzerheide for a nearby cycling event and hopefully will be back again next year.

pets are normally not allowed, which is a problem, as we are travelling with our doggie :-(
